Reinhold Niebuhr / Alcoholics Anonymous

submitted: 5/14/24

Alcoholics Anonymous meetings end with this prayer, reminding those in attendance to view their life as an observer. It can be challenging to stay grounded while navigating the labyrinth of problems in our lives, but the Serenity Prayer reminds us that the best course of action is usually to take a step and consider what kind of problem you're currently looking at, and how you should deal with it - with courage, or with serentiy.

Wet whet barrier, anti-flayer. defending, opposing pyro, pyrrhic victory. The friends become a pyre. Los are his allies: He stands walled by smoke damaged skin. The barrier thickens; It's become a trend. The rain whets him again.
